(SHARP Award renewed in 2010!)

Limington Lumber became one of the first 6 businesses in Maine to receive the new U.S. Department of Labor's "SHARP" designation.  SHARP, Safety & Health Achievement Recognition Program, is an OSHA cooperative program which recognizes small employers who operate an exemplary safety & health management system.

     Limington Lumber was designated a SHARP facility in May 2006.  This was the culmination of a lot of hard work by all the employee's at Limington Lumber and this designation was a source of pride for all.  We were reaffirmed by the program May, 2010.
 
     We have always worked with a safety first motto, and have always strived to maintain a safe working environment.  Please enjoy the photos below which represent our official award ceremony!
